Due to the Hygiene factor involved in our products, the products are non-refundable.
However, in case you have received an incomplete or wrong or broken or damaged or used or tampered product, we will accept a return and give you full Exchange/refund.
To be eligible for the refund under the above situation, here are the policies:
- Customer has to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery via Email id given below: Email id: email@example.com
- Customer needs to be willing to provide the images, videos as and when asked regarding the claim.
- Product packaging, labels and tags need to be present at the time of return.
If all the above policies are followed, we will send for a reverse pickup to your shipping address registered at the time of order.
Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame
- The product is made to order or personalized.
Outside the above given reasons, we do not accept any return requests.
Once a successful claim is registered and we receive the product along with packaging and tags, a refund will be initiated within 15 working days towards your mode of payment/store credit as per your preference. Please allow another 8-10 working days for the reversed credit to reflect in your payment mode due to bank policies.
